Active Ingredient have began work with the Peepul in the Making group to make a location based series of short films.

Currently four treatments are being written by the group based on different locations in and around Cossington Park and the Belgrave area of Leicester.

The film shorts and edited footage will be developed to be viewed on location out and about in Belgrave, Leicester. Viewers will be able to borrow a Pocket PC from the Peepul's Centre and go on a walk around the area, as they walk past the location where the film was made they can stop and view the film on the Pocket PC.

The project looks at new ways that films can be viewed on mobile devices, the web and DVD.

Active Ingredient will be working with the Mobile Bristol developers kit for the Pocket PC to develop the films for mobile devices and are working with their freelance team Robin Shackford, John Ross and Jim Boxall.
